TIP Operations Update

As discussed in the TIP: The Next Era Event, the TIP will be going through slow and steady changes.

In order to best promote transparency and communication within the Tyler Innovation Pipeline, once I get the blog set up, this will be where I post updates for the members of the Tyler Innovation Pipeline!

I am still developing this system, and this is the first step towards it!
